Knebworth House is an extraordinary venue, whether you have your wedding in the house itself, the gorgeous on-site Tithe Barn or at the Garden Gazebo within the beautifully landscaped grounds.
Only 10 minutes outside Stevenage, Knebworth House is easy to find and its expansive grounds have been regularly used for outdoor concerts from the likes of The Rolling Stones, Robbie Williams and Oasis, and was the venue for Freddie Mercury's last live performance with Queen.
Contemporary and period styles to suit everyone
Whilst the exquisite backdrop of Knebworth House might seem a little imposing for some tastes, for those who aren't into a formal, stately styles there are still plenty of fantastic options.
For a more modern atmosphere, the Cobbold and Lytton barns are a wonderful choice, with private gardens making it an exclusive venue within the grounds. The Tithe Barns carry a little more history, with ancient oak beams and exposed brickwork, but this 400 year old barn has all the modern features you'll need.
You can also tie the knot in the formal gardens, with a ceremony in the pretty Gazebo and drinks and photos among the flowers.
And of course, if stately IS your style, Knebworth House itself has three rooms available for an incredible wedding experience, the Jacobean Banqueting Hall, Edwardian Dining Parlour and the Victorian Library, which are available separately or all together, giving you a journey through history on your wedding day.
