London is absolutely full of amazing venues, and whether you're completely up for a city centre celebration, or want to feel like your big day is away from the hubbub of London life, there's an ideal venue for you.

The Octagon at Queen Mary University London

Queen's Building, 327 Mile End Rd, Bethnal Green, London E1 4NS

The Octagon was originally the library for Queen Mary University, but was transformed in 2006 to be a venue for weddings and events.

There are busts of great authors looking down from the domed ceiling, and they have kept the books, though now they're for decoration, not reference! They're bound in brightly coloured leather to give the room a wonderful modern feel amongst the period features.
